Myrtle Beach

Greg and I are planning our summer vacation, and we’re undecided as to where to go at the moment. Our family is renting a house near Pensacola, but the thought of sharing a house with my sister-in-law and two of her obnoxious kids for a week gives me the willies. So we’re thinking about heading a bit further north, to South Carolina. Since we have a 10-year-old, I think Myrtle Beach would be the perfect destination. The Carolina’s are so beautiful to drive through that the trip there would be lovely. And once we got there, I know that Sage would be delighted to go on one of the places to buy a golf vacation to Myrtle Beach, such as the dolphin tour. There are so many things to do in Myrtle Beach that it is simply mind boggling. Besides going to the beach itself, you can go to the Pavilion, an amusement park. Another thing that kids would enjoy is the NASCAR Speed Park–come to think of it, Greg would enjoy that one as well. There is more than one water park, museums and even a planetarium. I think we would be able to entertain ourselves just fine, even if there were a few bad weather days. Now there’s the question of how to get there without my sister-in-law also thinking it’s a fine idea.
